Zillow is not 100% accurate when it comes to the value of your home ????! The #1 reasons homes do not sell is because of an unrealistic asking price (pricing too high)!

???????? Zillow has no way of knowing the neighborhood and current market conditions. A home can be sold on the same street as another listing, but be in a totally different school zone, that is better, which would alter the value!

???????? Zillow has no way of knowing if a home needs a new roof or if the one beside yours has a brand new one! This goes the same for any upgrades or renovations you may have made on your house! You could spend over $10k and Zillow wouldn’t know this! So the ZESTIMATE is not always accurate.

???????? Zillow is a good starting point, but it should be used as your main source for making decisions! Always speak to a local REALTOR®️. We love when people ask us questions about the market! I personally love being a source of education for my clients!
