LOL JK! If you want to try & sell your home by yourself, then power to you!! The internet provides plenty of guidance on how to list your home without a real estate agent….. BUT I STRONGLY suggest you reconsider. Here’s Why:

???? A realtor has access to MLS! The MLS listing is syndicated to MULTIPLE other websites in your area, that are used by homebuyers. This gives you more marketing exposure and more of an online presence for your home to be seen!

???? Liability falls on you, the seller! Real estate agents pay for E&O insurance (errors & omissions). This means if you make a mistake on the contract, the damage comes from your pocket! Attorneys can close a real estate transaction, but they don’t carry E&O insurance… no one in todays world wants to be a target for a lawsuit!

????Selling your home is emotional. No matter how mentally tough you think you are… dealing with showings, constant communication & following up, rejection from buyers, negotiations, and inspections, it can become overwhelming. It’s easy to get offended when a buyer makes negative comments about your home. That’s why having a REALTOR is so important. To help you make decisions and give guidance based on knowledge rather than emotions.

???? Statistics show that FSBOs sell for way less than agent assisted homes. Don’t believe me… do your research ????! Most homeowners who sell their homes themselves believe they can save money, when in reality, they end up pricing their homes incorrectly, and getting lower offers than if they had listed with an agent!
