However, if an agent or broker is cutting their commission then you have to consider the amount of volume they must have to reach for their income..which means they probably have less time to devote to you & each sale they have. They might not be able to offer the same services as a regular full commission agent.

????Studies have shown that once a buyers agent commission drops below 2.5%, there is a significant decrease in showings. Even tho this is totally unethical, believe it or not, there are agents out here who will choose not to present a home to their client if the buyers commission is low.
