How educated is your real estate agent? ????‍????????

No I don’t mean, did they get their degree from Harvard or Yale. I mean, what are they doing to regularly improve the skill set needed to help you buy or sell a home with expertise?

What certifications do they have? What training do they do? Do they have a real estate coach? What books have they read lately? Do they know how to negotiate effectively? Are they a member of a mastermind group?

You should be asking every real estate agent you interview what they are doing to educate themselves on an annual basis.
