After searching everywhere for a place to call home, we found ourselves stuck between two options: buying an overpriced, outdated house… or building one ourselves from the ground up. We chose the wild option. We bought land! But let’s just say — the land came with a few unexpected surprises..

Welcome to our journey! We’re Colin and Paige. After years of living life on the road, we’re ready to settle down and create a home base of our own. Because honestly… we’re getting a little too old to be crashing at our moms' places (sorry moms).

With zero building experience, a tight budget, and just enough confidence to get started, we’re diving headfirst into building our first home — completely by ourselves.
