Set against a breathtaking Mediterranean backdrop of centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls, red earth, and sweeping sea views, this architectural masterpiece blends tradition with innovation. Designed to harmonize with the landscape, the home reuses quarried stone, incorporates pink earth in floors and plaster, and features CorTen steel details that naturally age with time.
The architecture recalls the essence of ancient local homes through barrel vaults and cubic volumes, while embracing contemporary design principles. Sustainability is at the heart of the project: rated A4 energy class, powered by photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, and supported by rainwater collection and phytoremediation for wastewater.
Floor-to-ceiling windows connect interiors with the surrounding landscape, ensuring that nature is always present in daily life. This home is more than a residence—it’s a story of cultural heritage, environmental respect, and timeless design.
