After a full year of having a long-term tenant in my rental property, I’m finally getting it ready to become an Airbnb again… at least temporarily!

In this video, I walk you through what the house looked like after a year, the full cleaning and turnover process, and everything that goes into converting a long-term rental back into a short-term Airbnb.
