How to Compose a Shot for #realestatephotography
Getting the perfect shot has multiple significant factors and one of them is composition. In real estate photography, photos should not only be visually appealing. It should also showcase the home's marketability.
In this video, I'll share with you some guides you can use in composing shots specifically for real estate photography. Our first guide is adding a third wall. A third wall serves as a boundary to show where the room ends. It can also tell viewers how one room connects to another, through the edges of the photos. As a rule: The center of the room is where the home is sold, and the edges is where the story is told.
Another guide we use for composition is the 'triangle'. You'll see that the room creates a triangular shape at the bottom part of my camera's screen. I use this method to determine the best angle for the shot, with a focus on favoring the room's bigger side. This method ensures a balanced and captivating look that draws viewers into the space.
In the world of real estate photography, it's these thoughtful guides and small details that bring out the best in every shot.
