The week of 11-28 to 12-05-22 numbers are in.
There was a significant increase in total New listings on the market this week from 1384 - 2059. This is normal after the Thanksgiving week. Most of the sellers wait to list after the Thanksgiving week due to less buyers traffic.
There was a Increase in price reduction from 1884 - 3347. This is also normal as the seller's did not get much traffic during the Thanksgiving week.
2898 Homes are under contract or in Pending Status.
Total number of SOLD properties Increased this week from 1369 - 2217. This is good news for Seller's. This means homes are still selling if the sellers are using right marketing tools and PRICE THIER HOME RIGHT!
