We've all heard it - of course CASH is KING, but especially when it comes to real estate.

It's always a pretty wonderful shift when a client decides to shift from financing to cash during a transaction. Although pretty great, I've been working with financed buyers since 2002 and have never shied away from it or the challenges that sometimes arise from them. Particularly now that Florida insurance plays such a pivotal role in the financing terms of a transaction, we have lots of creative ways to assist our clients and have a fabulous vendor list of lenders and insurance providers to ensure things go as smoothly as possible for you!
