The proposal aims to respond to the nature of the site, integrating it into the existing urban fabric and the Campus buildings.
The two main axes formed by Av. Eduard Maristany and the Campus pedestrian walkway, maintain the alignment to consolidate the urban fabric.
In contrast to the current façades of the Campus building located on Av. Eduard Maristany, the project reconnects the reality of its environment, opening up classroom spaces on the standard floors.
A green façade in the inside garden and auditorium creates a friendlier dialogue with the environment.
Furthermore, the alignment of the northeast façade incorporates a double slope to integrate the aims of the Urban Improvement Plan.
The southwest façade remains perpendicular, preserving the existing structure's alignment.
