But wait.. I thought...Yup, it’s true. Something doesn’t seem to line up. The news keeps talking about the housing price crash, and a potential recession coming to Canada in 2023. But what’s happening locally is telling a different story.

Our market is showing incredible resilience, and there is currently a greater demand for homes than the new listings coming to the market can satisfy.

Why? Because Calgary is one of the most affordable housing markets in North America at a time when EVERYTHING is so expensive.
