Worst task you can give a Real Estate Agent… Paperwork ????

Of course it’s important, but as agents what we really want to do (and what we do best) is sell houses ????

???? Believe it or not, best place to start looking is within your current brokerage. Ask your office manager or broker of record if they know of anybody who wants to get into real estate, but doesn’t have their license. You can also talk to any new agents in your office that maybe aren’t having the same success as you and could use the practice and a few extra bucks.

???? Getting a licensed agent to be your admin is the best since they have the same foundational training and can help be a solid sounding board when it comes to the rules and regulations.

???? My admin was not licensed initially but I learned quickly that just getting them licensed helped when I needed properties to be shown, or if certain discussions had to take place with sellers or buyers that only an agent can.
