Will the real estate market crash in 2023?

In 2022 we saw interest rates rise dramatically with the San Diego real estate market dropping around 12% from its peak. However, in 2023 we started to see interest rates settle down to what might be the new normal and activity is returning right back into a crazy sellers market. With all that said, I think that the market correction in late 2022 was the crash that people were predicting. We weathered it and prices are starting to rise again.

So what do you think will happen in 2023? Did we already see the crash or is there still more to go comment below?
