Modern architecture might look sleek, but it has one major flaw: a complete lack of forgiveness. With minimal overhangs, flat roofs, and exposed materials, modern homes demand perfection in construction and maintenance—something that rarely happens in the real world. In this episode of The Build Show, I break down why modern architecture often leads to water intrusion, rot, and expensive repairs.
