In this episode, we bring you along as we head back to The Seventh Ray House to check in, reset, and have a few real conversations about what the future looks like.

Between moving out of our rental, navigating family stuff, and trying to figure out what kind of life we want to build for our kid, everything feels up in the air. We also touch on the realities of running an Airbnb in the off-season, what it actually costs to live in Southern California, and why marketing your short-term rental matters (even if you’re a solo host).
