When you're buying a home, it's always a good idea in my opinion to attend the final walkthrough and ensure that the property is in the proper condition and there are no surprises waiting for you. While this is not the time for another home inspection, it is a good time to make sure any work that was supposed to be done has been completed, and all items that should be there are present, and anything that should be gone is in fact gone.
