2️⃣ Performs to the terms of the written agreements
3️⃣ Loyalty to the client’s interest
4️⃣ Compliance with laws, rules and regulations
5️⃣ Referrals to other professionals for things we don’t know anything about - like inspections, law, taxes, etc
6️⃣ Accounting of any of the clients funds in our possession (held in escrow)
7️⃣ Confidentiality
