1️⃣ CREATE YOUR NETWORK OF CLIENTS FROM DAY NUMBER 1 WITH A DEFINED STRATEGY: Happy clients bring more clients, and they can always come back.

2️⃣ DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE ORGANISATION: Everything could have a huge meaning – but you need to be present and up to date to value it and make the most of it.

3️⃣ LEARN TO BE MORE CONFIDENT IN YOUR OWN SKIN: There are many types of customers, so it makes sense that there are many types of agents. Be yourself, understand your personal strengths and embrace them to better connect with your client.
