For Leek Corn Bread:
about 250 grams green parts or whole leeks, slices thinly
1 medium carrot
2 eggs
tsp salt
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 cup or less corn meal
handful of chopped dill and parsley
about 1/2 cup more regular flour (add until spreadable)
1/4 tsp baking soda
more oil to cook

1 medium-size celery root
1 granny smith apple
1 orange
about 3/4 cup plain yogurt
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
about 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp sugar and enough salt to taste
1 tsp apple or grape vinegar
chopped pickles

For Vegetable Soup With Lentils:
1 medium onion
3-5 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 leek
1 carrot
1 potato
small celery root (optional)
1 tbsp flour (optional)
1/2 cup red lentils
1-2 cups bone broth
salt to taste
turmeric, cumin to taste
1/2 cup milk (optional)
1 tbsp butter
more water for the consistency
