An entrepreneur with a passion for helping people, Phillip Booghier entered the real estate industry after owning several cafes. “They were all located inside office buildings, so during the pandemic I found myself with time to pursue another path,” Phillip explains. Always interested in real estate, he decided to earn his license and hit the ground running. Having done his own fix and flips, and designing and constructing his own restaurants, Phillip knew he could thrive in this field. His 25 year history in running his own businesses helped him quickly flourish as a REALTOR®, and today it has become his main focus. Serving Douglas County and surrounding areas, he loves showing people the beauty of this region. “We’re south of Denver,” he explains. “We have a very different landscape, with ponderosa pine trees, rolling hills, and properties with acreage.” Phillip has become an expert at all things related to buying and selling here, including septic and well systems, land, and horse properties.
