Number one, make sure they are full-time realtors. It's too easy to get a real estate license. However, most of agents that are licensed do not do this full time. Number two, make sure they have enough experience, long enough experience where they've worked and have knowledge in a down market and an up market as well. It's two different ways to deal with buyers and sellers in order to negotiate the best price for you. And number three, this is also very important. Make sure the agent you work with, they do specialize in listing and selling homes, not just agents that work with buyers. There's a big difference when it comes to negotiations. Any questions?
