Join me for the final part of our Anne Port to Geoffrey’s Leap journey — a shorter but atmospheric Country Lane Walk full of history, scenery, and song. ????

We begin with stunning views across Gorey Harbour and Mont Orgueil Castle before walking along Le Mont Mallet towards the beautiful Victoria Tower. Along the way, I share two original songs — “Victoria Tower” and “The Path Beneath the Tower” — inspired by the places we visit. ????

From Victoria Tower, we find the secret path that leads down through the trees to Route de la Côte, emerging near Geoffrey’s Leap, one of Jersey’s most fascinating and mysterious landmarks. I tell the legend of Geoffrey’s Leap as the video transitions to a rain-soaked day on the beach below, where the story comes to life against the grey sky and dashing rain.

It’s a reflective and cinematic end to this three-part series from Anne Port up to Faldouet Dolmen and back down to Geoffrey’s Leap — a walk through time, nature, and the heart of old Jersey.
