Beautiful Panama City Beach Florida's real estate market was rather quiet until recently because prospective home buyers were concerned about interest rates and believed prices would drop sharply. However, the real estate and vacation rental markets in Panama City Beach Florida, are now back in full force. There are now about 1,700 homes for sale in Bay County, which includes Panama City Beach. These include single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and prefabricated homes. This represents a rise of about 1,000 from the beginning of the year. Bay County's real estate market seems to finally be getting back to normal.
