With a friend in need of a used Scooter, we hit the bricks in search of a bargain. We start about an hour away from Pattaya with hopes prices will be favorable, but will the ladies in Pattaya make us an offer we can't refuse? Time will tell, but for now, they all seem to be driving a hard bargain.
