Set Up:
Starting Equipment - Sell all equipment the map gives you. Then you must purchase the specific tractor, trailer, and shed in episode one set up(link to episode one is below).
Economy - Hard Difficulty
Start Farm - Plot 46 (purchased with funds after selling all starting equipment)
Contracts/Borrow - No
Loans - Only to pay off ($500k)
Leasing - No
Seasonal Growth - Yes
Days Per Month - 1
Snow - Yes
Crop Destruction - Yes
Periodic Plowing Required - Yes
Fieldstone - Yes
Lime Required - Yes
Weeds - Yes
Disaster Destruction - Yes
All others players choice

Goals:
- To build a successful small farm on one tile in Calm Lands
- To pay off the $500k loan
- Not allowed to sell your starting tractor and trailer
- Although optional, I am not going to sell starting barn (however we may move it elsewhere on the plot later on)
- Optional: Build a construction project
