The end of the year is a good time for transitions, and both the sellers and buyer on this one were going through some stuff, so we handled this one with extra special care.

The home never went onto the open market, so the sellers didn't have to suffer through open houses and showings. The buyer was chosen by the sellers, and we represented both sides of the transaction, ensuring that everything went smoothly with the loan, appraisal, and closing.
