You can create 3D Virtual Home Tours for real estate agents and possibly make over $1,000/month

It helps buyers see if they’re interested in purchasing the home or not before even visiting the property!

Agents usually don’t have time to make these, but they’re helping for getting qualified leads for their listings. And there are tons of listings without 3D tours yet so this idea it’s not oversaturated! ????

If you go on matterport.com/matterport-academy - they have tutorials that go over everything.

Get a stable tripod and a 360 camera????

Then go to Zillow, scan through listings without a 3D tour yet, then look for the agent from the listing details and send them an email offering your services.

Once you have agreed on terms, go to the property and spend an hour or so taking 360 shots of the area. Upload the photos to Matterport and create the 3D House Tour! ????

An example would be a base of $100 - $300 and then an extra 7 to 10 cents/per square foot
