Should You Wait For Home Prices To Go Gown To Buy A House?

In 2021 average home prices in the GTA went up 20%. That is crazy!
And then so far this year in 2022 they went up an average of 8%
Average home prices right now are about the same as a year ago in 202

We are seeing a slowdown especially in homes that are high-end in your area. I don’t think you’re going to see a housing crash but you’re definitely going to see prices level off and more inventory on the market.

So Yes, it’s still a great time to buy, just make sure that you can afford the monthly payment.
