Lee Arnold began his first day in the real estate business his senior year of high school 1999. His humble introduction to real estate started with answer phones at the front desk of a local independent property management company. Shortly after starting, Lee quickly learned that there was some passion in the work. Fast forward twelve years when Lee was promoted (after many different moves within the company) to become the general manager of the company. During Lee's tenure with his influence, the company grew tenfold and was quickly revolutionizing the property management industry by introducing unorthodox uses of technology and systems.

After branching out on his own, Lee quickly took his experience to start Benchmark Properties and the growth exploded from the beginning. Since its inception, Benchmark has acquired two other companies and sold over almost $100m in real estate while managing single family homes, condos and apartments for the individual investor.

Lee Arnold has a been a featured speaker multiple times at Inman Connect, a featured guest on the Katie Lance Podcast and multiple other industry blogs, podcasts and more.
