Pricing a home is so important. If you price too high, you can limit the amount of people who could actually see your home because it’s outside their comfort zone so they will never see it in their portal. If your price too low, people might think you’re desperate or something is wrong with the house and they will worry about offering. What you need to do is price competitively, so that you can get multiple eyes on your property and then all you have to do is have them walk through your front door, they fall in love, they see the value, and then they can often offer more than they planned on!
And my last tip? (& probably the most important) Hire the right REALTOR! Who you work with is everything! Hire someone who CARES, has a past history of sales & the integrity to get the job done right.
