Next thing to look at is just the new building permits This is some good news Right now through July there was 54 permits that were pulled in the city of Reading Now that's up over last year when it was just 31 So good news is that builders are still excited about trying to bring product to the market We are certainly down still from a few years ago when we had one hundred and twenty three permits through July So we've got some work to do some improving to make But this is a good sign though that builders are still trying to find a way to bring that much needed inventory to our market
