Redfin: January 2025 Update

NEW report from Redfin… Homes are taking longer to sell and that's one of the main reasons why housing inventory is higher than a year ago. However, the difference between this year and last year is narrowing. For example, the year-over-year increase of housing inventory was only a gain of 12% - the smallest increase since March per Redfin.
