Using Photoshop 2024 and Lightroom I was able to successfully make a NYC skyline look closer than it appears with a simple magic tool.

I shot with Nikon z6ii and a 14-24mm lens. I needed a window pull from the session where I went outside on the rooftop and shot with a 50mm lens so I can use it for photoshopping windows later.
