Hi friends and welcome to Real Estate Photography 101. On today's video I'll be at a cute lil rambler style home in Tacoma where we will dive deep into my process as I show how I capture real estate visuals that really showcase the home in its best light.

???? I'll share how to highlight the property's best features with HDR photos and 4k video to make your agent's listings more appealing to potential buyers.

I also break down my gear and setup like my Sony A7siii, wide-angle lens I use, my prime lens 50mm f1.4, and the DJI Mavic 3 drone for some banger cinematic intro shots.

Of course we deal with the random adventures like contractors showing up unexpectedly, and other challenges like reflections and awkward angles with creative problem-solving.
