I have seen so much! Different markets, crashes, and let’s not forget covid. Something I have noticed is people watch these trendy real estate shows and think oh ya it’d be cool to be a realtor why not…

They go on Instagram and Pinterest and spit stuff out that they’ve heard and think they’re an expert. That’s not how this business works!!
