????1st thing I recommend to my clients who aren’t already approved, is to contact a local mortgage broker or lender and get started on the pre-approval process. This will allow you to know how much you can afford to spend on a home.

????2nd thing is searching for a home. This includes counseling on location, neighborhood, local school district, property taxes, etc. One of my main priorities as your buyers agent, is to make sure I am identifying your wants/needs and showing you homes that closely matches that criteria. I am MORE than just a glorified taxi driver ! ???? I am here to educate and counsel you during this process, so YOU can make the best decision for your family.

???? I will analyze the value of the home that you are preparing to purchase. I will provide a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), explaining how I came up with my suggested offer price. I will negotiate the best price for your home.

???? I will refer you to the best home inspectors in the area. I will attend the home inspection, so I can have a clear understanding of what issues the inspector finds. Based on the inspection report, I help negotiate reasonable repair requests.

????As your buyers agent, I will communicate with the listing agent and the attorneys throughout the sale. I will help you carry the weight of the home buying process, by handling all the “leg work”. You will never have to worry about what is going on because I will communicate with you throughout each step.

????As you buyer agent, I will monitor your loan commitment. My goal is to get you in your dream home and doing so will require me to advise you on how to protect your mortgage approval! I will finalize all paperwork and make sure all tasks are complete for closing! ????????
