????????Hi, this is Simmi Minhas. A new report from the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) called Fighting for Fair Housing, revealed that discrimination is very prevalent in Ontario’s rental process. This is more so targeted at Black and Indigenous people or the LGBTQ2S+ community.

????????93% of Black realtors and 60% of all consumers believe that discrimination exists in the rental process. 4 out of 10 realtors have stated that a rental deal has fallen apart due to discrimination and I can definitely attest to this.
