Located next to Southville City along the NKVE, this is my very first visit to this township of Bangi Avenue and I am very surprised with the progress. There is a theme park, a mall and a commercial area followed by series of affordable projects. Honestly this project is way beyond my expectation because it does not look nor feel like a RumahSelangorku at all.

The clubhouse facilities are amazing. They are centralized on ground floor between all the residential towers. Personally I would prefer for the facilities to be located within the tower, but since this is a cost oriented project this approach is already beyond expectations. The unit layout is HUGE, especially the kitchen and the balcony. The only elements I wish to change is the beam depth and window specifications.

This is a great demonstration of that ideal affordable housing setting. All elements are ideal for families, but the location has to make sense first lah.
