Personal Reading Basics:
Phrase questions clearly.
Ex: When asking about staying in or leaving a relationship, two questions are helpful.
Q1: What will my life be like if I stay in a relationship with_________?
Q2: What will my life be like if I'm not in a relationship with________?

By asking from two angles, you gain perspective on "staying" or "leaving." And you make an informed decision. A two-question approach helps decisions where you need to see both sides (staying/leaving, moving forward/holding back).
