✨If you watch enough videos you might start to believe that Pattaya is a dying shell of its former self. While the city has evolved, changed and grown significantly, as most cities do. The statistics don't lie, Pattaya has become a powerhouse in Thailand's tourism industry.

Pattaya welcomed over 18 million total visitors from January to August 2025, including both domestic and international travelers. This marks robust growth, particularly in domestic tourism:
Domestic visitors: Over 11.38 million (+11.79% year-over-year from January-August 2024).
International visitors: The remainder approximately 6.62 million International visitors. ????

⛵️ For context, Thailand's national international arrivals reached 24.1 million from January to September 2025, down 7.56% from the same period in 2024. Pattaya, as part of Chonburi Province, captures a significant share of these, especially from nearby ASEAN countries.
