As someone that’s bought and sold multiple properties personally, including:

➡️ 3 purchased in the last year year alone
➡️ Helped almost 100 families and investors in the last 3 years alone purchase their next home, second home, and investment property
➡️ Daily conversations with multiple clients
➡️ Daily Interactions with 100’s of real estate agents over the last few years…

I found that very few folks in the real estate industry that I speak to own anything that is meaningful, including assets, ownership in a profitable business, stocks, 401k, passive or active consistent residual income, or properties, that appreciate over time and help them to grow wealth.

So I did some research and found according to Zillow and Florida Association of Realtors:

???? Over the last 12 months in Florida about 330,000+/- single family and multifamily income properties sold in the state of Florida

???? Florida had almost 250,000 “realtors” (have access to the mls) which does not include licensed real estate agents, part time, hobby weekend licensees & investors that get licensed because they think they will save some money since it’s easy to get licensed, which brings that number higher

????Nationally, the number of real estate licensees is nearly 2,000,000 with 5M+/- homes that sold over the last year nationally (1.5M of them are realtors)

‼️ This means most realtors and licensed real estate agents sell about 1-2 homes in Florida (and therefore only make a few thousand dollars annually, so they can not own or invest themselves)

As a licensed real estate professional that invests and owns assets, other businesses, and properties, I’ve found it’s easier to make recommendations and have valuable conversations with clients and fellow professionals looking to do the same.

If you’re looking to do the same, or you’re a real estate agent wanting to invest more in yourself, so you don’t need to kill yourself selling a few homes per year until you’re 90 years old, renting, and never getting ahead…..with NO silly courses you need to buy, or some “guru” or “top producer” or broker not sharing their actual strategies and secrets without paying for it, comment “OWN” or dm or text me @ 813-434-3675.
