Opendoor has cut the price on this Florida house by 15% - but it's still WAY overpriced.

You can only rent out a house like this for about $1,600 per month. But Opendoor has it priced for $220,000 in Jacksonville, Florida.

We are not going to see houses like this sell in Flordia until OpenDoor, and Wallstreet Investors like them, cut prices by a lot more.

These Wallstreet Investors still don't want to accept this fact.

But eventually, they'll be forced to accept it.
