Cool NEW Stuff in Lake Nona: Episode 1

Lake Nona, Orlando has some Fun New Things for me to show you, as Resident Realtor of Lake Nona showing you the relocation places people are building new homes, and along the way new roads are opening up. This is just another day in my life here in Lake Nona, as the Orlando Property Advisor :)

Today I got to go see a new build near closing for an out-of-state client, and I filmed the new construction walk through for them. The GC was great and i'm sure the client will be happy with their home next week at closing!If you like cars like me, you like twisty roads.

Check out the new asphalt between the rotaries on Selten way. Anyways its a fun little twisty track, reminds me of the sweeping "esses" on a race track like VIR Virginia International raceway or COTA Circuit of the Americas in Austin Texas.

We've been lucky to watch Lake Nona grow over the past 8 years and this is yet another example of growth that the local residents and relocations will enjoy.When they open up Luminary blvd to Centerline drive this next month, that will really connect Lake Nona south to the town center. LOVE IT!!!
