Instead of getting better, things are getting worse...

Rising interest rates - which are the highest in 22 years - cause potential sellers to refrain from putting their homes on the market. Hence, we have extremely low inventory - almost 50% lower compared to pre-pandemic number of homes for sale. Those few homes that get listed get snatched right away by those buyers who really need to buy right now - which causes a huge competition among them. That, in turn, causes bidding wars and rising prices!

Whatever is going to happen, something must change sooner rather than later. We are in this together and we will overcome it ???? Remember... After every rain comes a rainbow ????
