PLAN EARLY⏰- No matter when you plan to make the actual move, plan ahead of time. If you’re from out of state, visit at least a few times just to get to know the areas. You can never game plan too early especially in such a rapidly growing city. Nashville is very different than it was 3 years ago and we imagine it will be on the trajectory to be a different place 3 years from today! It’s not only important to mentally prep early but especially when it comes to FINANCING????- you can’t plan early enough to make the move a dream come true!

☀️WEATHER- We are lucky enough to experience all 4 seasons throughout the year. Long, humid summers and relatively mild winters. We get maybe 1 or 2 intense snowstorms each year and the city tends to shut down when a few flurries fall. If you’re coming from another part of the country a *snow day* may mean something completely different to you! The most intense weather feature we experience are tornadoes. ????️Pro Tip- watch the news and have your safe space in your home identified (bonus points if you get a tornado shelter!)

GROWTH????- Nashville is one of the fastest growing cities in the country so your investment is SOLID. From Oracle’s headquarters to the new Titan’s stadium, this city is seeing growth at an exponential rate! Traffic patterns are going to change and property values are going to continue to skyrocket in the decades to come as these new developments arise. Your investment now could change the trajectory of your future getting into the right neighborhood early.????

????TRAFFIC- It comes with the territory of a city that’s consistently growing. Get to know the various freeways and backways you can go. When you’re visiting, spend your time in areas that you would typically go to on a day to day basis. Visit the coffee shops and grocery stores that you would frequent and take a drive during rush hour. See if this is something you can truly envision yourself doing every single day!
