An infinite saltpan. A geography dominated by barren stretches of land, shrubs, grassland with little to no trees. The bushmen have lived here for ten thousands of years. Traces of their ancestral heritage is engraved into rocks and their genes.
Etosha is home to surprisingly large herds despite poor rainfall which lasts only for a very short period annually. Conditions here are challenging, however the desert is only other alternative. Life in Etosha is relatively easier compared to the desert. However, the struggle to survive never ends.
This is the story of Etosha, the dusty, great white expanse brought to life by waterholes.
