Hey hey friends... It's been a while since I've done a reel, but you know I like to bring the real estate news and updates to you, so YOU will be in the know ????

One of the biggest pain point for home owners is not wanting to give up their current LOW interest rate and buy a home at today's market rates... And I really do understand!

But did you know you can port your current loan to a new location? Your lender has to offer it, and there are some stipulations that apply, such as:

1. The new loan balance can not be lower than your current balance

2. You need to have a good payment history with your current lender

3. Your current loan program can not be a variable rate mortgage.
