In a landmark decision, a federal jury found the National Association of Realtors and Keller Williams conspired to keep real estate commissions artificially high.

The verdict also found them liable of $1.78 billion in damages, the judge having the discretion to increase the damages to over $5 billion.

NAR has already said they will be appealing the verdict.
