????How to prepare a home for photos!!

????Photos are one of the most important items when listing your home on the market, bad photos can cause potential buyers to not even look at your home.

What can you do to make your photos more appealing?

✅ Begin to prepack and remove “stuff” - everyone loves flamingos but your collection should go in a box leaving less knickknacks around.

✅Adding onto the first point, declutter and depersonalize. Potential buyers want to see themselves in the home, and by removing personal family photos and collectibles, buyers are more likely to see themselves living there.

✅Most Important of All!! Lights need to be ON including lamps! As well as open up your blinds. A dark home in photos is uninviting but a light and bright home intrigues people, leading them to want to see it in person!
